Trafalgar Property Group Plc
is an AIM-quoted property development and investment business. The Company is undergoing a corporate repositioning and rebranding as Trafalga Plc, supported by a new digital identity at trafalga.uk.
The repositioning builds on Trafalgar’s proven history in property transformation — notably Hilton House, where an under-utilised office block was successfully converted into residential use. Trafalga will now extend this expertise into partnerships with large asset owners to unlock value from non-core or under-performing properties.
The core partners will be private equity funds, institutional investors, local authorities, housing associations, educational institutions, and commercial /private landlords — groups which collectively control large portfolios with surplus assets no longer central to their mandates.
Trafalga will provide capital, planning expertise, and management overlay to reposition these assets into cash-generating, consumer-facing businesses, delivering recurring income for shareholders while enabling asset owners to capture value from dormant holdings.
